One of the loves of my life Brandy is returning to TV. the vocalist has landed a recurring role on the Lifetime drama “Drop Dead Diva.” Brandy will play a nurse named Elisa who has a romantic history with Josh Stamberg’s character, J. Parker. Brandy says she’s “thrilled” to be on the series for at least three episodes, adding that “Drop Dead Diva” is one of her favorite shows. Brandy isn’t the only famous face that will be appearing on the upcoming season of “Drop Dead Diva.” LeAnn Rimes, Wanda Sykes, Clay Aiken and Kathy Griffin have also agreed to guest roles. The next season of Lifetime’s “Drop Dead Diva” will make its debut this Sunday at 9:00 p.m. Eastern.

Brandy was previously a star on the TV series “Moesha.” She has also had guest roles on the shows “Reba” and “Sabrina, The Teenage Witch.”
